In a nutshell…

I help organisations understand what’s working, what could work better, and how to make meaningful change happen.

I do this through coaching, consulting, and delivery — helping leaders think things through, designing new services or strategies, and working with teams to turn ideas into action.

I’ve spent over a decade helping public sector organisations connect strategy with real-world impact. I care about how people work together, how services feel to those who use them, and how learning shapes what happens next.

I choose work that makes life fairer, easier, or more meaningful — bringing both structure and curiosity to help others do the same.
